Return for items purchased at the Soccer Top Online Shop:


We make a great effort to provide high quality products which help you perform better and feel great while playing sports. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on Soccer Top Online Shop, we offer you a full refund within 30 days for any reason.


Return restrictions:

For better after-sales service provided for you, please kindly understand that there are some requirements for returning:

1)The product is in its original state and packaging.

2)Apparel has the original tags attached.

3)Accessories have all parts of the original packaging.


How do I return item?

You can obtain a full refund or exchange when you are not satisfied with the items purchased by following 3 steps:


1.Packaging the product and write your order number in the package.

2.Send the product to our company with following address:

  1. Send an email to remind our after-sales staff and state the reason why your return or exchange the product


When will I receive the refund?

We will refund the money to your account on the second working day after receiving the returned products. There may be some time delay, please wait patiently. If the money can’t be returned after two days we received products, please contact with our after-sales team to seek help.



We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
